New Job Offer! Project Manager

La Xixa: Creative Social Innovation is looking for a new Project Manager Senior.


This role involves coordinating and supervising the execution of projects within the Erasmus+KA2 framework.


Their responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and supervising the execution of projects within the Erasmus+KA2 framework.

  • Managing and executing the project budget and the presentation of financial reports.

  • Coordinating and organizing meetings, conferences, and training courses.

  • Coordinating events, schedules, and presentations.

  • Acting as a link between project coordinators and other people involved in the projects.

  • Contributing to dissemination efforts.

  • Contributing to the preparation of new project proposals and their communication with potential partners.


For this, we are looking for a person with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.

  • A degree and/or experience in the areas of social project management, International Relations, Sociology, or Politics.

  • Experience in event management.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2), Spanish (C1), and Catalan (B1).

  • Desirable knowledge of other European languages.

  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Good IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, Google Drive, Excel, etc.).

  • Good planning, organization, and flexibility skills.

  • Knowledge of the Theatre of the Oppressed or work in process management will be valued.

  • Availability to travel.

The company offers:

  • A full-time permanent contract (40 hours per week).

  • Full-time from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the office.

  • A professional career path as part of the project.

  • Salary between 27,000-30,000 gross annual euros according to experience.
